Order forms: Use our on-line order form. Be sure to use a separate form for each card number ordered. Imprint: Name will be printed in the type style, color of ink and position as shown on our samples. Prices include one line of printing. DO NOT put dashes, commas or other copy unless you want these to appear on the cards. Separate each word by a space, not by a mark. Proof: $10.00 per order. 2nd color imprint (standard ink color): $65.00 per item. Ink color: For all P.M.S. colors, an additional charge of $35.00 will be applicable. Please note, our regular colors (black, red, blue, forest green, emerald green, gold and silver) are free of charge. Bilingual verses: For bilingual verses on same card, an additional charge of $20.00 will be added except for bilingual verses shown at the end of the catalogue. Special imprints: There is an additional charge of $6.00 for the use of customer's own logo. Special note: send the artwork thru E-mail or by first class mail. Special verses requiring type-setting: $25.00 per order. Envelope imprint: Customer's return address can be printed on the back flap of envelopes as illustrated in the envelope imprint informations below. The address will be printed in the same color ink as used for the name on the cards. Shipping: Actual shipping charges will be added to invoice. Drop Shipments: We ship direct to your customer if desired. There is a small additional fee $5.00 per shipment plus postage. Simply fill out Drop ship label on order form or supply your own label with customer's address. Cancellations: Once your order is sent to us we are unable to accept cancellations or changes in imprint. |
